To provide cost effective support and advice to employers and relieve the worry around mandatory legislative compliance and due process in the workplace.
Many businesses providing information and support services in the field of industrial relations and employment relations charge fees for so called ‘memberships’.

These fees can vary from hundreds to many thousands of dollars per annum with benefits that may sound attractive but are rarely actually utilised by their ‘members’. On top of which members are also charged premium rates for any work undertaken that does not fall into the range of services covered in the ‘membership’.
At Clearwater Workplace Solutions you only pay a low annual retainer for telephone and email support. Any work undertaken is charged at our low standard hourly rate. No expensive memberships, no hidden costs.
